Creating a model environment of free diffusion and a simulation of directional fibres which would impede said diffusion. Within this model I simulated voxels of what would be imaged in a Diffusion Tensor scan. By simulating the pulse sequence and receiving the modeled output I successfully created an interpretable image of the voxels general fiber direction. This was reproducible for as many voxels as my computing power would allow, so not many.
